Policies

Rates and occupancy: Rates are for Double Occupancy (Two Persons). Additional fee for additional people is $35.00 per person. Maximum of four people permitted per room.

Advance deposit: To guarantee a reservation, you must provide a major credit card. Phone reservations accepted only with a major credit card. Please note the arrival and departure dates carefully. The deposit will be forfeited if the you arrive after the date specified. Please inform the front desk of any early departure changes prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 early departure fee.

Cancellations: Reservations must be cancelled by 3pm 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid 1 night penalty.

The “No Show” charge is 1 night.

Check-in time: Any time after 3:00 pm.

Check–out time: 11:00 a.m.

Smoking: All rooms are non–smoking. A $100.00 per day cleaning charge will be applied if smoking in room.

Payment: Cash, Traveler’s Checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners’s Club.
