h might say – it will an uplifting experience of ‘Music, Art n-at’.

ARCA’s spring season will be in full bloom with both the concert of the talented young Steinway artist, Alvin Zhu, at 2:00 PM in Lincoln Hall and a post concert ‘Opening’ of the exhibit of ‘Oil Portraits of Historic Pittsburgh’ by Fritz Keck at the Red Brick Gallery on Main Street in Foxburg.  We hope you can join us for both and have a joyous afternoon with us in Foxburg.

Having just performed a recital at New York’s Lincoln Center, this 22 year old award winning and world traveled multi-talented pianist and composer, Alvin Zhu, will showcase his big Romantic style in Foxburg’s Lincoln Hall in works by Chopin, Grieg, Beethoven, and Schumann.  http://www.alvinzhu.com

Fritz Keck is a Pittsburgh painter who has gained recognition by creating original oil paintings of old historic Pittsburgh and western Pennsylvania.   Using old photos as reference, Fritz brings these images to life in his paintings, allowing his palate to reflect the diversity and uniqueness of the Pittsburgh Region.”  http://www.fritzkeck.com

Before or after the concert stop by and visit the Red Brick and browse the two floors of artistic creations.  Much of the artists work is available for sale and could make unique gifts or can tastefully enhance the home.

Hold the Date:   Plan a romantic night out in Foxburg on Saturday, May 17 for the cabaret appearance of nationally acclaimed vocalist and recording artist, Dane Vannater, with a Jazz trio, sharing his soulful singing from the heart. Last year his music was so engaging the audience got up from their tables to dance at the back of the hall.  Back by popular demand, this event will sell out, so be sure to call for reservations.  It will be an evening to remember!
